I made a stiff slab to start making my mug. I waited a day for it to turn leather hard, then used the extra slab for my handle and heart. I also used a stamp for the texture. For my glaze I chose to use teal blue and pink coral. I will use my mug for drinking tea, coffee, etc! I glazed 10 pieces this nine weeks. I liked this piece the most because I thought the glaze was pretty and I will probably use it the most. I would probably make my piece a little more even around but it turned out the way I wanted it to pretty much. I learned how to work with stiff slabs and how to make handles by making this mug.
